Getting D-8 visa in Korea

5월 12, 2019BY Admin

Getting a D8 visa for your employee

D-8 has four sub-types (D-8-1 to D-8-4); two common routes are described below

First is investment in a Korean corporation (D-8-1): an investment of KRW 100 million or more holding 10% or more of the voting shares, or share ownership plus a contract to dispatch or appoint officers

Second is dispatching an employee as essential personnel to a foreign-invested company in Korea

For assignment (dispatch) activity, a dispatch order stating the period and an employment certificate are required

Dispatch cases are reviewed individually, and the requirements differ by case.

If you want to dispatch employees , please do not hesitate to contact us
