Entry Ban After Deportation
The entry ban period depends on the reason for removal. For certain status approvals, a person who left Korea under a forced deportation order is restricted until 7 years have passed since departure (5 years for a departure order). Depending on the case, the following may be considered:
- Early ban removal
- Ban period reduction
- Exceptions for humanitarian cases
